Sometimes I feel that way about a summer splurge or two (or five...) No, not boys. Fashion! The perfect summer dress or a traffic-stopping pair of heels. Some how the relationship I have with my summer wardrobe feels more fleeting - the billowy fabric and bold prints that come out to play during warmer weather entice me to sweep them up and take them home with me. Our days and nights together sizzle and spark as we enjoy the summer together. But I know that our carefree time together will be short, and then I'll pack them away until next year.

Name our new store and win $100 cash!
It might be a man's world according to James Brown... but that hasn't been true in the world of consignment. Finders Keepers is one of the few consignment companies that markets menswear. Our mens department has enjoyed a consistent influx of designer and contemporary menswear and essentials, and we wanna show it off! We're opening a new location - right next door to our Boutique in Decatur - to showcase and expand our high-end consignment selection.

WOW! Thanks, Inga!
Shout-outs in the blogger world always make my day. So when Finders Keepers customer Inga O. sent me this email, I felt *amazing!* Check out what Inga had to say:
I wanted to share that I wrote a post that mentions Finders Keepers. I'm doing a shoe challenge and part of it is sharing the complete outfit. I love the Finders Keepers stores and how you also give back 2+ times a year! Please find the link below. Sincerely, Inga O http://ingao.wordpress.com/2011/03/07/my-fuzzy-black-white-shoes-at-the-gas-station/
Thank you, Inga!

A sea of blue... and budget
I've got beach on the brain. I haven't seen the ocean in two years, and I'm going through total withdrawl. So when Jamilla sent her looks of the week: three fantabulous outfits that echoed my current sentiment for that endless, lazy blue, I couldn't help but scroll through discount travel websites for deals on airfare to somewhere with white sand beaches and salty air. Sadly, even those aren't in this new-mom's budget. But what is ALWAYS in my budget: resale therapy at Finders Keepers Consignment Stores! :)

How can 50 cents change the future?
Shop with any Finders Keepers Store this Earth Day weekend (April 22nd + 23rd only) and help your world and refugees from all over the globe that now call Atlanta home. Residents of our refugee community often can't afford tampons or sanitary pads, and simply go without. Just bring in a package of tampons or sanitary pads for residents of Atlanta's refugee community and we'll take 10% off of your total purchase at any of our stores on April 22nd and 23rd.
What if 50 cents could change the future? For girls in developing countries who miss a week of school each month during menstruation, 50 cents buys a month of sanitary supplies and an uninterrupted education. 50 Cents Period, a joint project of Just Cause, Inc., and the LaVya Initiative, represents a worldwide network of women dedicated to creating more options for girls by providing supplies, facilities and education related to menstruation. The solution is simple; the impact lasts a lifetime. (from http://www.50centsperiod.com/)
